Alma Paprika Pepper Seeds

Alma Paprika is an apple-shaped variety that is sweet with a hint of smoky heat in the seeds. Best for drying and grinding into the paprika seasoning. We recommend smoking prior to drying for an intense flavor to your final seasoning. Fruits will be creamy white at first and will transition to bright red when they are ready to harvest.
