SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are currently shipping on schedule and the majority of orders ship within 1 business day.
However, some customers may experience delivery delays. All of the major delivery services including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, are operating with slower delivery times, and delivery times are not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly when placing your order and allow extra time for shipping. If you need it right away, message us and we can arrange for overnight shipping options.
Shipping addresses must be a US Postal mailing address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address that you enter. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for the delivery. Although our shipping service can typically detect an incomplete address, it is not 100% fail proof.
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 to 3 days for order processing after we receive the order. We ship orders via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. It usually takes 2 to 5 days for delivery. The shipping charge is the current USPS rate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please review your order promptly upon receipt and notify us within a week if we have made an ordering error. We will correct our error and guarantee customer satisfaction.
