Siam Queen is often considered a Thai basil as it is often used in Southeast Asian cuisine and boasts a licorice flavor. Siam Queen has sturdy stems that support large, 4-inch long bright green leaves. Clusters of small, intensely colored deep purple flowers appear on the very top of the plant, for a highly ornamental effect.
